If you are ever in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services. This website includes a Quick Exit button (top of every page, or press Esc) that immediately leaves this site. It replaces this page in your browser tab, but it cannot erase your browser's history — if that matters to your safety, consider using a private/incognito window, or clearing your browsing history afterward.

What happens when you submit a form

The Contact, Get Help, and Volunteer forms on this site send what you write directly to our team by email. We do not store submissions in a database, and we do not sell or share what you tell us with any third party. On the Get Help form, you may choose to submit anonymously — if you do, no name or contact details are sent unless you type them into the message yourself.

Tracking, cookies & analytics

This site does not use advertising trackers, marketing cookies, or third-party analytics scripts. Standard web server logs (e.g. for security and uptime) may still record technical information like IP address and browser type, as is normal for any website.

Fonts and other requests

Fonts used on this site are hosted directly by us rather than loaded from a third-party font provider, so visiting this site does not send your information to an external font service.
